Motor Circuit Testing

Electrical faults in motors account for 50% of motor failures. Infrared, vibration and even megger tests are inadequate for early detection of these faults.

Motor Circuit Testing will find developing electrical problems in the rotor, stator and motor control circuit. These problems are found by measuring the magnetic and resistive characteristics that change as motor components degrade. Measurements are made at a disconnect or at the starter. Unlike other motor tests, motor circuit testing is completely
non-destructive.

A four minute test will help make unplanned motor failures a thing of the past.
